Microsoft & Datel settle out of court.

Seems the battle of Microsoft vs Datel, Datel vs Microsoft is final over. The battle has been going on all the back to 2009. Back then Microsoft didn't want unauthorized storage/memory devices keeping the data of Xbox users safe. So they put out an update that locked out the device from being used on the Xbox making them D.O.A.. Datel files a suit against Microsoft in court accusing them of purposely killing Datel's product. In 2010 MS counter sues Datel and fast forward today the cases are settled behind closed doors. Read more below.
