Every holiday season, coffee places like Figaro come out with their own unique food and beverage creations. This year, I got to try Figaro's entire selection!
Before the sweet stuff, there were savory sandwiches -- Chicken Waldorf Croissant Sandwich and Ham & Cheese Croissant Sandwich. Both are priced at an affordable P145.
Soft buttery croissants are sliced in half and then filled with tender ham slices, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Crispy seasoned potato chips are served on the side. Yum!
Surprisingly, I enjoyed the Chicken Waldorf version more despite not being a fan of chicken. Cubed chicken, apples, walnuts, and celery are all mixed together in mayonnaise in between croissant slices cucumber, tomato, cheese, and lettuce. It's a nice combination of savory and sweet. Read more »
