Physicians Formula "Shimmer Strips" All-in-1 Custom Nude Palette For Face & Eyes

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I'm in love!  This was all around amazing from packaging to the product!  I literally don't know where to begin.  Ok, so on one of my late night runs to CVS Pharmacy I came across this and thought why not.  I purchased this for $13.95 and let me tell you, that was the best $13.95 spent.  

The packaging is adorable, from the rose gold printed lace and the cute little bow.  It just makes me want to smile every time I pick it up to use it.  I have to admit that Physicans Forumla always does a good job and is extremely creative when it comes to packaging.  This compact has two compartments.  The first is the actual product and the second (the back) houses the tools needed and suggestions on how to use it. 

I have to admit that this has some pretty big claims for one product.  It states that it's an all in one from an eye shadow, eyeliner, bronzer, blush and a highlight!  I can see how some of those claims are possible and other may be more of a challenge.  Also, I'm not sure I'd personally want to use this for all applications.  

I have to admit when swatching this, it felt extremely creamy.  The texture is amazing!  This is one finely milled powder.  I found many ways to use this.  Keep in mind that each individual color is about 3/4" x 1/2" not that big of a space.  The product it self measures about 2 1/4" x 2".  This made a great highlight color on my inner eye and brow bone.  These all made great eyeshadow and eyeliner shades and in some ways remind me of the "Naked 3" palette by Urban Decay.  I also liked to use the top two rows to highlight my face such as cheekbone and cupids bow.  The bottom two rows can be used for a bronzer but I prefer a matte color.  It states that it could be used as a blush.  I only found one color that I would use as a blush but the colors are too small to only use one with a blush brush.  I did find if I wanted to add an all over glow I could swirl a big fluffy brush over all the colors and bam! I was glowing. 

Would I recommend this?  Most defiantly!  This is an amazing product.  Literally I could pack this and only add a few more items to my make bag and I would have a complete makeup look.  Talk about packing light.  This was a great find, crossing my finger that Physicians Formula creates a sequel to this in all matte shades or even top two rows shimmer and bottom two rows matte.  What can I say? I'm a dreamer.
