Betcha didn't know Asahi means "morning sun" in Japanese. Whenever I hear the word "Asahi", all I could think of is BEER (also known as sister brand of beer giant Carlsberg) as well as beautiful girls dressed in silver outfits like this -

I'm glad to say that I was one of the few privileged ones to be invited for Club Asahi Miami's second instalment at Soju Room, on June 21, 2013. Headlining the second instalment of Club Asahi are Miami’s top DJs, Kryoman and DJ Hendrix. Representing our homeland Malaysia are Mr Nasty & GuruGuru: The infamous household names from Zouk Club KL, anchors the much hipper side of the club called Barsonic with their bi-monthly residency coined OMFG & CTRL.

So when I was invited to attend Asahi's event - Club Miami Asahi, I was thrilled! Not only will I be travelling to Penang to party, it will be an all-expense-paid trip together with a plus one! (Also, not to forget the free flow of Asahi beer all night long!) I initially wanted to go there alone, because I was single when I received the good news (about a month back). However after getting together recently with a very special guy, I decided to ask him to accompany me there for the trip. So guys, introducing my better half -

We were entertained by a string of happening acts that night, which includes -

So yeah, aside from performances, the event also had a photo booth which allows us to take pics and email them to ourselves! Took few shots in between waiting time to get into the club -
